IPM.ai offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth on an unprecedented scale. You will learn, innovate and excel in a company focused on applying ML, AI and real world data to some of the healthcare and life sciences industry's greatest challenges.

Our Values and Culture

Experiences shape the way people feel about a company. And they greatly influence how likely people are to advocate, contribute, and remain loyal. So we're intently committed to fostering a culture that values every person, experience and outcome -a commitment shared by everyone who joins our team.  Our values just aren't words on a page; we chose to live them through our work every day. We're passionate about our people, culture and clients and it shows.

Every employee has the power to make our company better. We don't optimize for the short term. We Invest in the future and go beyond delivering what just “works”. We’re bold and take action. A champion of being bold doesn’t shy away from competition that seems insurmountable or opportunities that feel impossible. Inaction is the enemy of innovation.

Clients First

Clients are the reason we exist. They trust us to build things that surpass their expectations and focus on what matters most to them. We listen closely to our clients, understand their needs, and solve their most critical challenges. Our team works everyday to earn their business, and will always overcome obstacles, find solutions and deliver exceptional results.

We’re committed to doing what’s best for our clients and our company. Our teams are empowered to communicate candidly in pursuit of the truth. Constructive, respectful debate encourages better problem-solving and decision-making. We have no tolerance for politics, hidden agendas or passive aggressive behavior, and commit fully when decisions are made.

We are ambitious and have huge goals. We never settle - in everything we do, we challenge our notion of what’s possible in order to better meet the needs of our clients. We do what matters and focus on what’s important, take prudent risks, and make a positive impact and lasting difference. Where we are today isn’t nearly as exciting as where we’ll be tomorrow.

We focus on a few key priorities and ensure we deliver with quality on time…every time. We do challenging work and achieve incredible things. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, execute on the details, and take pride in our work. Common sense, creativity, practicality and simplicity matter. And we always take time to celebrate the wins, however small.

Our whole is greater than the sum of our parts, and how we get things done is as important as what we achieve. Our success is driven by our ability to build relationships, break down silos and connect across teams, functions and geographies. We value those who speak thoughtfully, encourage and respect diversity of opinion and listen carefully with an open mind.

We work hard and smart. We’re precise and accountable, yet nimble and agile. When we make commitments, we follow through and deliver. We operate our company like it’s our client’s, hold ourselves and others accountable at all times. Take initiative and ownership. We step up, own issues and resolve them. If we make a mistake, we own it, fix it, learn from it and move on.

We operate with complete transparency by communicating internally and externally with unwavering candor, honesty and respect. We pride ourselves in providing complete visibility into the successes and failures . It is an integral part of our culture as we collaborate and work towards a common goal across our teams, clients and partners.

We believe in a workplace where it’s safe to try new things - where we can push the boundaries and learn from things that don’t always go according to plan. We never settle in anything we do and challenge our ideas of what’s possible. We strive for a just and blameless culture that respects people as individuals and paves the way for genuine learning and improvement.
